Bonnie Nordling, Managing Director
Managing Director
Bonnie Nordling, Managing Director of Nordlings, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in talent representation. Born and raised in London, Bonnie resides between London and Los Angeles, where she continues to build on her extensive background in the entertainment industry. She holds a BA in Film/TV Production from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Business from Pepperdine University.
Bonnie's career began at Benztown Branding, an international audio production company, where she managed finances and client relations, working closely with voiceover talent. This experience paved the way for her entry into Excellent Talent, where she took the helm as Managing Director in October 2020, succeeding the agency's founders, Pete and Jon.
In 2024, Bonnie rebranded the agency as Nordlings, embracing her Nordic roots and intertwining them with the company's identity. This rebranding reflects her dedication to building a home of excellent talent, one that continues to thrive under the collaborative leadership of her and her team. While Bonnie isn’t an agent herself, she keeps the ship sailing smoothly alongside her fellow Nordlings, making sure the agency stays at the cutting edge of the voiceover, motion capture, and presenting worlds - one plot twist at a time!
Head of Voiceover and MoCap Divisions
Since earning a degree in Musical Theatre back in 2014, Natalie’s creative career has grown from strength to strength. With a lifelong passion for the Performing Arts, Talent Management had always been an attractive prospect and Natalie finally began her journey as a Voiceover Agent in 2018, thanks to the founders of Excellent Talent (now known as Nordlings), Jon Briggs and Pete Gold.
Over the 6 years that Natalie has been with us, she has always been excited to seek up-and-coming talent, as well as champion the long standing voice artists who have remained with the agency over the years! Her experience of casting in the VO industry is well-rounded in all areas of production.
Natalie’s current role is Head of Voiceover and Motion Capture. She also assists with the Presenters books. And for anyone who knows Natalie, will know that bringing a smile and a friendly face to the table is a guarantee for everyone!
Natalie says “The best part of my job is being a cheerleader! It’s so exciting to watch my talent succeed in such a ginormous industry”.
Do you have any funny Agent stories to tell? “When we were office based (we are now permanently remote), we’d regularly have phone calls from budding voice artists looking for representation. These usually involved an unsolicited “audition”. The funniest one was a guy who called to tell me that he was a taxi driver and that he’d recently had a taxi booking with the one and only Rob Brydon, who had told the driver that he “has a nice voice and should do voiceover”. Said taxi driver then decided moments later to call us and, in his best RP voice, ask us for work… if only it was that simple!”
Talent Agent
After completing her BA in Theatre Directing, Antoinette began her career in the casting industry but soon discovered her true calling in artist representation. Ant found her love for helping artists gain exciting opportunities!
Day to day, Ant does little bit of everything! From handling incoming enquiries, negotiating contracts, and organising auditions, to working with our incredible talent, and marketing behind the scenes - no two days are the same. The only thing that doesn't change is the endless cups of tea….
