Conor is a versatile working-class & regional actor, motion capture artist, and theatre practitioner from Cumbria, with a career spanning regional and international stages, including Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As a regular company member at The National Theatre, he has collaborated with directors including Lyndsey Turner, Rufus Norris, and Stephen Daldry. An Associate Artist of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, Conor also facilitates workshops for The Old Vic's Schools Club programme, targeting schools with limited arts access. A qualified Daoist Flow Yoga teacher, his expertise in movement and performance capture has extended to computer games and VFX, leading him to teach movement for virtual environments at top UK drama schools, including Guildhall School of Music & Drama, LAMDA, LIPA, Italia Conti, and Identity School of Acting. As a director, Conor is part of RTYDS’ New Directions North initiative with Theatre by the Lake and works as a Performance Director for PitStop Productions. Credits include the award-winning game Baldur’s Gate 3.

He trained at National Youth Theatre and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
